Autumn has begun on patch with the usual suspects being seen on Black Hole Marsh. This includes Little Ringed Plover, Common Sandpiper, Green Sandpiper, Greenshank etc. Calm evenings present opportunities to take aesthetically pleasing photos of waders complete with a (fairly) still reflection in the water. Here is a Common Sandpiper doing exactly this:
As some of you will know I am undergoing some rather drastic job changes, hence I am unable to devote much time to my photography. This will be a different case in September... More to come.
