ID the bird!!

Okay so this isn't difficult, but what's the species of bird obscured by the 'wave'?

Pretty easy one to work out really...

Whilst I was busy not seeing the short-visiting Spoonbill, I took a couple of shots of a flyover Peregrine Falcon:
